Manila Electric Co. has secured 3,551 megawatts (MW) of electricity supply through various long-term agreements with Redondo Peninsula Energy Inc. (RPE), St. Raphael Power Generation Corp., MGen’s Atimonan One Energy Inc. (A1E), Central Luzon Premiere Power Corp. (CLPPC), Mariveles Power Generation Corp. (MPGC), Panay Energy Development Corp., and Global Luzon Energy Development Corp.  These deals were executed before the requirement for competitive bidding for power supply deals took effect.
