Customers can expect higher electricity bills in June after the ERC approved a P0.065 per kilowatt hour power rate adjustment that will go to the differential ancillary services charge.  The National Grid Corp. of the Philippines (NGCP) filed for the approval of the Ancillary Service Procurement (ASP) with the National Power Corp.
