Energy Development Corp. EDC president and chief operating officer Richard Tantoco said the Lopez group is ready to support President-elect Rodrigo Duterte’s administration in the move towards cleaner energy.  Tantoco, however, said to be able to roll out EDC’s projects, it is important to have clear and stable policy directives from the executive.  These include policies that price carbon and set quotas for different types of energy.  Read more here.
