THE PHILIPPINE Solar Power Alliance (PSPA) is asking the Department of Energy (DoE) to disclose the parameters it used in coming up with the final list of solar developers that will be entitled to the guaranteed feed-in-tariff (FiT) rate of P8.69 per kilowatt-hour.  This comes as Energy Secretary Zenaida Y. Monsada said on Tuesday night that her administration would release the list of companies that led the “race” towards completing a solar project by the March 15, deadline. Read more here.
