SOLAR POWER developers are focusing next on energizing commercial and industrial rooftops after the full subscription of the 500-megawatt (MW) installation target set by the Department of Energy (DoE) and ahead of guidance from regulators on a third round of subsidies for the renewable energy. Salvador Antonio R.
