The power regulator resolved to hold in abeyance the processing of applications for approval of PSAs following the DENR’s request in view of the ongoing re-evaluation of ECCs.
The eight pending applications with deficient or without ECCs are: Misamis Oriental II Electric Cooperative Inc. and Astronergy Development Mindanao Inc.; Palawan Electric Cooperative(Paleco) and Delta P Inc.; Cebu I Electric Cooperative and Mariveles Power Generation Corp.
