Energy Undersecretary Felix William Fuentebella told members of the House Committee on Energy that the Benham Rise is not commercially viable yet.
Responding to a query from a legislator about the prospects of Benham Rise as a successor to the Malampaya Natural gas plant, Fuentebella cited a briefing by the Philippine National Oil Company PNOC.
