Andrew was project development lead on many fronts in the development of the largest wind farm facility in the Philippines. Andrew not only served as lead financial modeler for that project, but was also deeply immersed in project permitting, contractual negotiations, and financing. In addition, he managed the registration of the project under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s Clean Development Mechanism to increase its revenues by US$ 6.5M over a period of 7 short years.
Andrew subsequently became project coordinator for frontier wind sites of a leading renewable energy developer in the Philippines, in charge of developing, analyzing and maintaining financial models of all wind projects and preparing overall exploration strategies for these sites.
Described as “THE numbers guy” who is “as talented as he is a pleasure to work with”, Andrew is an asset to any project.
Andrew holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Singapore Management University (Valedictorian; GPA 4.0) and a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering degree from the Ateneo de Manila University (with honors).
