Ina has over 18 years’ experience in the electric power and renewable energy industries. She has provided and continues to provide regulatory and contractual advise and risk management services to clients engaged in natural gas, geothermal, hydro, wind, and solar power plant development. She advises at all project development stages – from partnering, to key project agreements documentation, negotiation, and execution, to dispute resolution, to regulatory risk management.
Described by clients as a “most commercial lawyer” who has “invaluable experience and insight in all things energy-related”, Ina has devoted her entire career to understanding the risks that matter to stakeholders and their businesses.
Ina holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law (with honors) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the University of the Philippines (Diliman).
